  • Don't count too much on the justice system, people. A friend of my brother's family was caught molesting my niece, and nephew. 6 counts each of child molestation were charged against him. They plead it down to one count each, and gave him 6 months. He was out in 3 months.

  • Just because they have money doesn't mean it's not just as devestating as it would be to you. They have many personal things in these homes which can't be replaced, including animals.

  • I can't believe anyone here honestly believes the contractor had any right to that money. ANY OF IT! I agree with the above posts explaining about a cleaning crew finding a wallet. Now stuff it with money, and make it yours. You HONESTLY believe it's finders keepers?

  • We shouldn't be blaming Palin for her lack of experience, or knowledge. McCain was duped by somebody running his campaign to get a woman in there, and get her fast.

  • I have seen the great things that have happened to tribes here in California from Indian Casinos. Poverty of those tribes is gone. EVERY tribe member gets a yearly check, sharing in the bounty. Alcoholism is way down, and much of their money goes to local(non Indian land) communities to help out.

  • I went to High School in the 70's. We didn't have a lot of problems with drinking on campus. Now it's rampant. Makes you wonder why.

  • We all seem to lose sight of what excessive drinking does to our society. Everyone is quick to point fingers at smokers who inhale a toxic substance, and infect a lot of people with secondhand smoke. Think of what overzealous drinking does....
